As part of our home workout series, BS7 Gym Personal Trainer Jamie has compiled a vast range of circuit exercises for you to build and create at home in your own leisure.

Simply pick and choose your exercises that you wish to use in your circuit workout.

Plese note - All you have to do is select which exercise you want to use from the colour coding. For example, in Circuit 1, the lower body excercise you could do are Deep Squat holds and Wall sits.
