We are pleased to announce our fantastic class timetable has just got bigger!
We have added more early morning classes and a new range of early evening classes, as well as some additional peak time slots!
Not only have we added more of your favourite classes such as Boxercise, Spin and Ab blast, we’re bringing some brand new offerings to you that we know you’ll love. New classes include Pilates, Kettlebells and Core conditioning.

Classes are a great way to help with motivation, have fun and achieve your goals. They offer a great social environment as well as the watchful eye of an instructor to provide feedback and progression.
