If you haven't yet taken part in the BS7 Gym challenge, what are you waiting for?

Nathan has put together a 5 minute endurance test and wants everyone to get involved. The challenge is:

Using a 15kg pair of dumbbells, you have 5 minutes to complete as many repetitions of a bicep curl into a shoulder press and back down. Each rep on each arm counts as 1.  The challenge must be completed in a seated position.

Speak to one of the instructors to assist you with the challenge.
