I have been involved in the fitness industry for many years and have a broad scope of experience ranging from Inductions & Personal Training, to Exercise Classes & Team Conditioning. During this time I have worked with a variety of individuals at levels ranging from stroke rehabilitation to international sports level.
In my role as Gym Manager, as well as overseeing the fitness team, I also maintain a hands-on approach in the gym through Personal Training, Gym Inductions and teaching classes. My primary objective is to ensure everyone has the best opportunity to achieve their health & fitness goals.
