I have a background in boxing which has given me specific interest in the kind of lean body, and across the board athleticism boxing requires. Balancing high intensity bursts of exercise between lower intensity rest periods, you will work both the muscular endurance and cardiovascular systems, kick starting your metabolism's after burners, forcing fat to burn off late into the night. You and your like minded peers will push yourselves harder than you thought possible in a fun and team-based environment. with OllieHaving previously balanced my passion for sports and all things fitness, I am now pursuing personal training full time.
