Vicki Hill - Fitness Instructor

 

I have always participated in different sports and spent 4 years rowing at senior club level. I am also a keen runner, having competed in a number of half marathons, 10k's and the London Marathon twice.

I became a personal trainer in 2006 and enjoy working on a one to one basis with clients, using a variety of different training methods. I have trained in nutrition, pre and post natal exercise and GP referral which specialises in rehabilitation, people with asthma, obesity and heart problems.

I am passionate about health and fitness and believe in a balanced approach between fitness and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle helping people feel more energised and better about themselves.
