Henry Roy - Personal Trainer

 

After college, I trained to work in the fitness industry to share my enthusiasm for living an active and healthy lifestyle. It’s great to be in a job where I am able to help people achieve the body and lifestyle they want. To live longer, stronger, happier and healthier lives.

 

I’m a relaxed and friendly trainer, but that doesn’t mean I won’t push you to your physical limits. I have a background in boxing which has given me specific interest in the kind of lean body, and across the board athleticism boxing requires. To that end I have taken further training in kettle bells and nutrition for weight management.
