If you are someone who needs some extra motivation to get your training done, classes could be just what you need. Classes encourage you to schedule your training, are fun and offer the constant prescence of an instructor to design and oversee the class. Our group exercise classes are designed to meet all requirements from beginners to advanced. Whatever your goals, there’s a class for you. There are a variety of classes throughout the year and they offer an excellent alternative if you’ve not changed your routine in a while.
Members enjoy a discounted rate for all classes and courses, however Non-members are always welcome.
